Denisse is a proud Latina that came from Ecuador in pursuit of the American Dream.

Denisse is a very self-driven and motivated person. If you don't believe me, let me tell you a little story about her. She arrived in the United States with no high school diploma and no English. Now she has her GED diploma and she is a Realtor. In addition, Denisse is continuously learning to serve her clients better, so far her designations are RENE (Real Estate Negotiator Expert), PSA (Price Strategy Advisor) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional).

Her mission is to be the best Realtor in Utah so you can be assured that you are working with an agent that has the best interest for her clients.

You'll often hear Denisse say, "Your dream home's just around the corner. It's our job to find the key." 

David Martinez

David has been working as an accountant/tax professional for many years. In his career, he has worked with many Real Estate Agents , business owners and individuals.

David likes to work behind the scenes doing analytical research, comparing homes and marketing properties. When individuals talk to him about interest rates, inflation, forecasts and how this is going to affect his client's decision, he gets very excited.

David has an Economics bachelor's degree with a minor in Accounting and an Associates of Science in Mathematics. He is also an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service. Finally, David is a proud veteran that has served our NAVY for 10 years.
